Till / POS
A till for your stores with staff on documents: cashier, second seller, shift administrator. The till sends only the item and quantity, and the server calculates the amount from your till price list.
Retail & shops
A till for your stores, receipts imported from the system you already use, sales per store and per legal entity, loyalty analytics with RFM segments, and seller payroll calculated from real shifts. Every number also tells you what it does not know yet.
Retail chains rarely suffer from a lack of data. They suffer from numbers that do not agree: the till says one thing, the accounting export another, the loyalty programme a third, and payroll is calculated in a spreadsheet at the end of the month. OrgLines brings these streams into one workspace and connects them by store, legal entity and seller, so the owner, the regional manager and the accountant look at the same figures.
You can use the OrgLines till or keep your current system and import receipts from it, for example from 1C. Sales from the till are posted to the ERP automatically, and anything that could not be posted is shown in a separate list with the reason, instead of disappearing. The staff list fills itself from imported receipts, shifts show who worked and what was sold, and payroll is recalculated every night until the period is approved.
The analytics are honest by design. If only part of the loyalty base can be read, the screen says how much. If a store has no daily plan, it is left out of the ranking instead of being compared with nothing. If a column is empty in most rows, you are warned that filtering by it would silently drop people. This matters when decisions about bonuses and store managers are made from these figures.
Set up stores and legal entities, then start selling through the OrgLines till or import receipts from your current system on a schedule.
A cashier gets a till login only, not a platform account. The tablet is set up once with a short workspace code.
Assign people to stores and days. Shifts then show who opened the till and who worked alongside according to the roster.
Sales against plan per store, loyalty activity, unclosed shifts and receipts without a fiscal code in one view.
Review the calculated period, add bonuses with a reason the seller will see, and approve it. An approved period is frozen.

Each till is a software cash register (PRRO) registered to a specific sole proprietor, which decides whose income a receipt becomes. Changes of the signing key are logged, and receipts from past days stay with the key that signed them.
Already using another POS or 1C? Receipts can be imported in bulk on a schedule, and sellers are matched by name.
Till sales are posted to the ERP every ten minutes. A posting that cannot succeed is parked with its reason, for example a store without an ERP account, and sent again once you fix the mapping.
Sales per point of sale broken down by legal entity. Internal transfers between your own entities are eliminated from group revenue.
See what your loyalty programme actually does, based on a copy of its operations: receipts, members, points redeemed and the share of receipts with redemption, per store and per seller.
Customers ranked by recency and frequency in a grid. Save what is on screen as a segment and export it as a file for your mailing tool.
Pay by grade, store class and role from a pay matrix, with volume bonuses against the daily plan. Rates are versioned by date, so past periods are recalculated with the money that was valid then.
Who worked under which login and what the administrator did. It answers who actually stood at the counter, which fiscal data alone cannot tell.
Warehouses and stores with locations, batches, reservations and purchase orders to suppliers.
Sell your catalogue online with the website builder; orders arrive in the same system as store sales.
Payroll is calculated from shifts, not from a spreadsheet. Each seller has a grade valid from a certain date, each store has a class, and the pay matrix defines the rate for every combination of grade, store class and role. Volume bonuses depend on the daily plan of the store. While a period is open, the nightly recalculation keeps it up to date; once you approve it, it is frozen and bonuses can no longer be added to it.
Nothing is lost quietly. If shifts fell out of the calculation, the period shows why and how many shifts each reason took: no daily plan, no rule for a grade or role, or a seller without a grade. A bonus you add carries a reason that the seller sees in the breakdown of their pay.
OrgLines connects to your loyalty programme and keeps a copy of its operations. You decide which stores award points; an empty list means nowhere, not everywhere, because switching a store on changes the balances of real people. A cap limits the share of a receipt that can be paid with points. A customer can be recognised at the till by phone number, but points are redeemed only with the code from the customer's app.
Customer analytics place members in a recency and frequency grid. Click a segment to see only those customers, save it and export it. There is no built-in mailing: the segment is exported as a file for the mailing tool you already use. When there are too few customers to rank, the grid is not drawn at all, because it would be an artefact of the sample rather than a picture of your base.
The pulse view compares each store with its plan and adds the checks that usually surface too late:

Ask a questionNo. You can use the OrgLines till or keep your system and import receipts from it on a schedule.
No. A cashier gets a till login only, with no mailbox and no access to the rest of the workspace. The number of cashier logins depends on the seats in your plan.
Yes. Each till is a PRRO registered to a sole proprietor, with its signing key bound separately. A shift cannot be opened without the key, and an unclosed shift without a Z-report is flagged.
From shifts, using the pay matrix by grade, store class and role, plus volume bonuses against the daily plan. The period is recalculated nightly until you approve it.
Not from OrgLines directly. You save the segment and export it as a file for your own mailing tool.
It is parked in a separate list with the reason. You fix the cause, such as a missing ERP account for the store, and send it back to the queue. The posting is sent exactly as the till recorded it.
No. Sales statistics show one currency at a time and tell you how many documents in other currencies are not included.
All modules share the same data, so they complete each other.
