Lead Center
Requests from website forms, Meta ads and manual entry in one list, with source, status and the person responsible.
CRM & Lead Center
OrgLines CRM starts where leads arrive. Facebook and Instagram lead forms, forms and quizzes on your website and manually added requests land in one Lead Center, where each lead is assigned, answered on time and turned into a contact, an organization and an order — in the same database as your mail, invoices and warehouse.
In many small companies leads live in five places at once: an export from Ads Manager, a website notification in someone's inbox, a messenger chat and a spreadsheet. By the time someone calls back, the person has already talked to a competitor. The Lead Center puts every request on one screen, shows who is responsible for it and alerts the right person when a lead has waited too long.
Behind the Lead Center is a CRM built for B2B work. A contact belongs to an organization; an organization can be a customer and a supplier at the same time, can have a parent company and subsidiaries, and shows its orders as a pipeline. Open a contact and you see the email correspondence with that person and the orders of the contact and their company, without switching to another system.
Because the CRM shares its data with the other modules, nothing is typed twice. An organization with invoices stays marked as a customer; a company you already work with becomes a carrier in logistics with its details taken from the same card. The AI assistant reads the same records, so you can ask which leads are going stale or get a summary of this week's leads in one sentence.
From a Meta lead form, a form or quiz on your website, or entered by hand. The Lead Center refreshes in the background, and new leads can also be delivered to Telegram.
With auto-routing on, every new lead is assigned by your rules the moment it arrives. Otherwise it waits in the queue until someone takes it.
If nobody reacts within your threshold, the responsible person gets a ping. Quiet hours keep the alerts out of the night.
Notes, activity and linked records collect in one timeline. Leads from quizzes already arrive with a hot, warm or cold segment as their priority.
Create the contact and organization and, where you use orders, prepare an order straight from the lead. A preview shows the order before it is created.
A customisable dashboard, the list of stale leads and cost per lead by campaign show where the pipeline works and where it leaks.
Requests from website forms, Meta ads and manual entry in one list, with source, status and the person responsible.
Assign new leads automatically by your rules, or leave them in a shared queue where team members take them themselves.
Set a threshold and quiet hours for each workspace; the responsible person is pinged when a lead waits longer than that.
The server delivers new leads to the Telegram recipients you choose, so nobody has to keep the Lead Center open.
A quiz on your website asks a few questions, scores the answers and hands over the lead with a hot, warm or cold segment. The same phone number is merged into one lead instead of creating duplicates.
Channels, tags, notes and addresses on one card, plus the recent email correspondence and the orders of the contact and their organization.
Mark a company as customer, supplier or both, build a parent–subsidiary structure, filter by industry and see its orders as a pipeline.
Likely duplicates are flagged — contacts by phone, organizations by name. Choose the main record and tags, notes, addresses, orders and linked records are merged into it.
Bring existing contacts in from a file: upload, map the columns, validate and import.
Find new B2B prospects and research a company before the first call.
Meta and Amazon Ads data next to lead outcomes, so you see what a real lead costs, not just a click.
Ask the assistant for stale leads or a summary, add notes, or update a group of leads at once — changes come as a proposal for your confirmation.
The Lead Center is the first screen for sales. It shows every new request, where it came from and who owns it. Settings apply per workspace, so a company with several workspaces can run different rules in each.
Real business relationships are rarely one person and one deal. OrgLines models companies the way they are: one partner can buy from you and sell to you, groups have subsidiaries, and several people in one company talk to you about different orders.
A CRM is only as useful as its data. OrgLines helps keep it clean with duplicate detection, merge and bulk actions, and lets you decide who sees which sections: each role has default access, and individual users can get exceptions.
Plans: Contacts, organizations and the Lead Center are included in the Free plan (one user, with record limits). Paid team plans add more users and shared work. Compare plans

Connect your Meta account once; new lead-form submissions arrive in the Lead Center automatically.
Yes. Forms and quizzes on websites you run with OrgLines create leads in the same Lead Center, next to leads from Meta.
Turn on auto-routing so every lead gets an owner, set a response-time threshold so the owner is pinged, and deliver new leads to Telegram. The assistant can also list stale leads for you.
Yes, with the import wizard: upload a file, map the columns, validate and import.
OrgLines flags likely duplicates and lets you merge them into one main record. The data from the other records is moved over and the duplicates are removed.
Yes. Both roles can be set on the same organization, so you keep one card and one history.
Yes. Each role has default access to sections, and you can allow or deny sections for individual users.
Duplicates appear when the same person reaches you through several channels, is typed in with a different spelling or phone format, or arrives again in an import. Find them by matching phone numbers and emails written in one format, then similar names. Merge by choosing one main record, moving notes, tags, addresses and orders into it and removing the rest, and prevent new ones with one entry point and a search before creating a card.
Start four to six weeks before the first expected frost. Estimate how many cars your bays can really handle per day, contact seasonal storage clients before walk-ins arrive, stock up on popular winter sizes and consumables, make sure every stored set can be found by its location, and collect all requests in one queue that your team schedules. The rush is predictable, so most of the work can be done before it starts.
A lead is a request or sign of interest that nobody has checked yet. A contact is a real person you know and keep a lasting record of, usually linked to a company. A deal is one specific sales opportunity with a value, a stage and an owner. A lead is either converted or closed; a contact stays; a deal is won or lost, and one contact can have many deals over time.
