Personal workspace

Your own life admin, with an assistant

Notes, tasks, calendar, receipts, subscriptions, warranties, document deadlines, goals and habits in one private space, with an AI assistant that remembers what you told it. You can work in the browser or drive the whole space from your own AI over MCP.

Who it is for

  • Founders and freelancers who mix work and personal admin
  • People who already use Claude or another AI assistant and want it to keep their records
  • Anyone who loses track of subscriptions, warranties and document deadlines
  • Anyone who wants to try OrgLines for free

Personal admin usually lives in five places: a notes app, a to-do app, a calendar, a folder of receipts and your memory. The personal workspace in OrgLines puts these into one place and connects them. A receipt becomes part of a spending report, a subscription shows when it renews, a warranty shows until when it is valid, and a document such as a passport or insurance policy has an expiry date the assistant can remind you about via Telegram.

The assistant has a memory, and that memory is not hidden. Everything it remembers is an ordinary record you can read, edit or delete in the Memory tab. An optional two-minute survey gives it a warm start: what you do, what you are working on and your main goals. The answers are stored only in your personal workspace and used solely to personalise your assistant.

If you already use Claude or another AI assistant, you do not have to switch. Connect it to your workspace over MCP and ask it to add notes, tasks, reminders and memories for you. Actions that matter come back as a proposal you confirm. The personal workspace is part of the Free plan and stays separate from any company workspace you belong to.

How people use it day to day

  1. 01

    Capture everything into the inbox

Drop a thought, a link or a snippet into the inbox or clipboard and sort it later into a note, task or record.

  2. 02

    Plan the day

Tasks and calendar events, with reminders sent to Telegram and a calendar feed you can subscribe to on your phone.

  3. 03

    Save receipts and subscriptions

Add receipts to see where money goes and how the price of a product has changed; list subscriptions to see what recurs and when.

  4. 04

    Turn meetings into tasks

Write meeting notes and convert their action items into tasks in one step.

  5. 05

    Review the week

Digests give you a morning brief, a weekly review and a summary of what your AI did for you.

Wishlists you share by link, your own functions you can run, and outbound webhooks to other tools.

Your AI, your memory, your rules

The personal workspace is designed to be driven by an AI assistant. Through the OrgLines MCP server, Claude or another MCP-capable assistant can create notes and tasks, schedule reminders, log time, save receipts, search your workspace and remember facts about you. You stay in control: memory is visible and editable, and actions that change or remove data return as a proposal you confirm.

  • Onboarding answers become memory you can see, edit or delete at any time
  • One search across your personal records
  • Upload links let you send files to the workspace from another device

Money and paperwork without spreadsheets

Receipts turn into a spending report and a price history per product, so you notice when the same item quietly becomes more expensive. Subscriptions are listed with their renewal rhythm in a report of their own. Warranties keep the purchase and end date together, and tracked documents keep an expiry date, so a reminder can arrive before it matters rather than after.

Learning a language from what you actually watch

Paste a link to a video with subtitles in the language you learn. OrgLines prepares the material in a few minutes, asks a few short questions so you do not study words you already know, and shows how much of the key vocabulary you cover and what comprehension to expect. The video plays in an embedded player, and clicking a line of the transcript jumps to that moment. Your level is refined with every material, without a separate test.
