Any IMAP/SMTP mailbox
Connect company and personal mailboxes; mail stays on your server and is synced into OrgLines.
Connect the mailboxes you already use over IMAP/SMTP and work with email next to your leads, contacts and orders. OrgLines syncs your mail, can sort incoming messages with AI and adds scheduled sending, snooze, labels and bulk clean-up — your mail provider stays the same.
Email is still where most client work happens: requests, quotes, confirmations, complaints. In OrgLines mail is not a separate program but part of the workspace. You connect your company and personal mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP, the messages stay on your mail server and are synced into OrgLines. The first sync of a new mailbox usually takes up to a minute, and if new mail stops arriving, OrgLines tells you which mailbox is affected and when it last synced.
The advantage of having mail inside the CRM is context. Open a contact and you see your recent correspondence with that person; open an organization and you see the mail with that company. There is no need to search a separate inbox before a call or copy an email into a client card by hand.
For busy inboxes there is AI classification. It determines the category and urgency of a message and writes a short summary, so important letters stand out from newsletters and notifications. Classification runs on your own OpenAI key: you connect it, see the approximate cost per message and can set a monthly limit. If the AI notices signs of an attempt to manipulate it inside an email, the message is flagged so you treat its summary with care.
Add your IMAP/SMTP mailbox in the mailbox settings. You can connect several — for example a shared sales address and your own.
Messages appear by themselves, usually within a minute. You do not need to reload the page.
Create labels in the sidebar, pin searches you use often and move mail between folders.
Connect your OpenAI key; new messages get a category, urgency and summary. Correct a category when it is wrong.
Reply, forward, schedule a message for later or snooze a letter until the day you need it.
Block senders, mute threads, and ask the assistant for a clean-up summary or to remove mail matching a filter — with your confirmation.

Conversations are grouped into threads; add your own labels and move mail between folders. The folder and list panes can be resized.
Search by sender name or address, show only messages with attachments, and pin a search you run often.
Drag files into a message — up to 25 MB per file and in total. Cc and Bcc work as expected, and replies keep the original quoted.
Write a few notes in the message body and let the AI turn them into a finished letter that you review before sending.
Write now and pick a time in the future to send; a scheduled message can be cancelled before it goes out.
Put a letter away until the day you need it, flag what matters and mute threads you no longer want to follow.
Category, urgency and a short summary for each message, on your own OpenAI key with a visible cost estimate and a monthly limit.
Add internal notes to a message and see the history of what happened to it.
Images from external servers are not loaded until you choose to show them, which keeps tracking pixels out of your inbox.
Download any message as an .eml file and move through the list with keyboard shortcuts.
Classification is optional and transparent. It uses your own OpenAI key, so the cost is billed by OpenAI to you and shown as an estimate before you run it. You can pause it, set a monthly limit or switch it off for your key at any time.
Every contact with an email address shows the correspondence found in your recent inbox, and every organization shows the mail with that company. Before a call you see the last messages; after it you can add a note in the same place.
The AI assistant can work with the same mail: list threads, prepare drafts, schedule or cancel a send, snooze, label or move messages. Sending always goes through your confirmation.
You always see how much mail storage is used out of your limit. A company can allocate mail storage to each user; a user who belongs to several companies gets the sum of their allocations.
