AI proposes — you confirm
Important changes are prepared as a proposal: what will be created or changed, and where. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.
AI operating system for business
Leads, CRM, mail, warehouse, orders, finance, logistics and HR — connected in OrgLines. The AI assistant sees every module, remembers context and prepares the next step. You just confirm.
Instead of a separate CRM, a mail client, spreadsheets for stock and invoices, a task tracker and a chat with reminders:
AI assistant
It works inside OrgLines: reads your leads, orders, mail and documents, and acts through the same modules your team uses.
Important changes are prepared as a proposal: what will be created or changed, and where. Nothing happens until you press Confirm.
Everything the assistant remembers is an ordinary record: you can read, correct or delete it.
Upload price lists, contracts and instructions — the knowledge base answers with your own data.
OrgLines exposes an MCP server, so external AI agents can work with your workspace under your permissions.
Rules react to events in any module: a new lead, a paid invoice, a stuck order.
Morning summaries and proactive reminders in the app, by email or in Telegram.
Drivers, storekeepers and field staff see their tasks, update statuses and send photos right from a messenger.
Modules
Start with one area and add the rest when you need it. The data is shared — a lead becomes a contact, an order, an invoice and a shipment without copying.
How it works
Sign up for free. Personal workspace, contacts, Lead Center and mail are available right away.
Pick what your company runs on — sales, warehouse, logistics, HR — and import existing data.
Mailboxes, Meta lead forms, Telegram, Business Central — so data flows in on its own.
Give colleagues access by role and let the assistant take over routine follow-ups and reports.
Integrations
Connect channels once — leads, emails, orders and payments arrive in OrgLines automatically.
Plans
Current prices and a detailed comparison are available in the app after sign-up.

Add-ons and Complete. Finished modules — for example the Business Central integration or the work-bot engine — are added to any plan, billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Extra seats and capacity are sold in packs: more users, cashier seats for the till, operational seats for field staff.
Complete bundles the add-on modules in one line instead of several; modules that are still in development switch on automatically at no extra cost.
Guides
Short answers and step-by-step guides on sales, warehouse, logistics, finance and HR.
A monthly ad report for a client should include a short summary against the agreed goals, spend versus budget, results such as leads and cost per lead, lead quality from the client's sales data, a breakdown by campaign and creative, what was tested and learned, any problems, and the plan for next month. The client should see in one page whether the money worked.
A TTN (tovarno-transportna nakladna) is the Ukrainian waybill for carrying goods by road: it describes the cargo, the parties and the vehicle, and it travels with the truck. The shipper draws it up and signs it at loading, the driver signs for the carrier to confirm acceptance of the goods, and the consignee signs at unloading to confirm what was received.
To calculate a break-even point, divide your fixed costs for a period by the contribution margin ratio, which is the share of each sale left after variable costs. The result is the revenue at which profit is zero. Mixed costs such as electricity must first be split into a fixed and a variable part, or the break-even point will be wrong.
