Notifications on the Free plan
Workspace events arrive as Telegram messages. They are included in the Free plan.
Telegram
Not everyone sits at a computer. OrgLines uses Telegram in three ways: notifications and digests for the office, a work bot for frontline staff, and a separate bot for drivers in logistics.
Notifications come first. New leads from the Lead Center, scheduled ad reports, reminders you set with the AI assistant and short digests arrive as Telegram messages. Telegram notifications are part of the Free plan, so even a one-person workspace can use them.
The work bot is a simpler way into your data for people who work in the field, such as storekeepers, installers and field staff. It is a few steps in Telegram instead of the whole workspace. It is not a bot for your customers. It recognises only employees you have linked with a personal link, and it sees exactly what that employee sees in the workspace.
Create a bot with @BotFather and paste its token into OrgLines. The token is checked right away, so a mistake shows up now and not as a silent bot a week later.
Start from a ready-made scenario and adapt it, or build your own from scratch, step by step.
Send each person a personal link. The bot does not guess who is writing to it: it works on behalf of the linked employee, with that employee's permissions.
Anyone who writes without a valid link lands in requests for you to decide on. The log records every step the bot performed and every refusal.

The server delivers new leads from the Lead Center to Telegram recipients you choose, and quizzes have their own switch.
Scheduled advertising reports are sent to the Telegram account connected to your workspace.
Ask the AI assistant to remind you about something and the reminder comes to Telegram. Short digests, such as a morning brief, summarise what matters.
Steps can ask questions, reuse earlier answers and branch on conditions. Any step that changes data must be preceded by a confirmation step, and the scenario is validated before publishing.
Each bot has its own token, so «Installers» and «Warehouse» never see each other's chats, even when the same person works in both.
Drivers join by invite, get the route and trip files, send TTN photos and messages from the road, and mark arrival for downtime.
The bot never gives a person more than they already have. Restricting who may write to a bot only narrows access. The actions available in a scenario are only those the employee can do in the workspace, so the bot cannot read company-wide data.
The logistics module has its own bot for drivers. An invite can be made for a specific driver, and the phone number the driver shares is checked against the driver card. An open invite fits any driver, and the shared number decides whose chat it is. By default an invite is valid for 72 hours, and you can set anything from 1 to 720. When a number matches several drivers or none, the bot does not decide for you. The case goes to a review list.
From a trip card the dispatcher sends the driver the route and details in two messages, optionally with the trip's files. TTN photos from the driver go to the logistics inbox and are attached to the active trip. If the driver has no open trip, the photo goes to the driver's folder, and if there are several, you choose. Disconnected chats stay in the history, so you can always see whose chat it was when an older TTN arrived.
Logistics staff can receive their own notifications. The workspace sets a quiet window, and a personal window can add more quiet but never remove it. Escalation to the head of logistics cannot be switched off.
Plans: Telegram notifications are included in the Free plan. The work-bot engine is an add-on: add-ons are billed monthly, work with any plan and can be cancelled at any time. Compare plans

Ask a questionYes, Telegram notifications are part of the Free plan. The work-bot engine is a separate add-on.
No. The work bot is for your own employees and recognises only people you have linked with a personal link. OrgLines has no customer booking bot.
Field workers who use the bot take operational seats, which are counted separately from full workspace seats.
Exactly what the linked employee sees in the workspace, and nothing more. A scenario can only use actions available to that employee.
The bot does not guess who they are. The chat sees nothing and appears in your requests. Send the person a personal link, and the request closes when they open it.
If the shared number does not match the driver card, the bot flags a phone mismatch for you to review. You link the chat to the right driver by hand.
All modules share the same data, so they complete each other.
The OrgLines AI assistant works across CRM, mail, warehouse, finance and HR, remembers context, answers from your documents and asks for confirmation before changing data.
OrgLines logistics: freight orders with statuses and milestones, trips, vehicles, trailers and drivers, carriers and freight rates, trip documents, weight records and a logistics bot.
