How to move from weclapp to OrgLines

A move from weclapp does not have to stop sales for a day. Most of the work is deciding what really needs to move and letting both systems run side by side for a short time. We can help with the migration if you want.

Choose what moves. Usually that is active contacts, companies, open deals and products; closed history can stay in an export file as an archive.
Export from weclapp. Use its export function to save customers, suppliers, articles and open orders to a file.
Import with the wizard. Upload the file, map its columns to OrgLines fields, check the validation and import. Duplicates found later — for example two contacts with the same phone — can be merged into one record.
Connect your channels. Add mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP, connect Meta lead forms and your website forms, and switch on Telegram notifications for new leads.
Invite the team. Each person gets a role; access is set per section, and every change to permissions is logged.
Run both in parallel for a while. New leads and orders go to OrgLines, open deals are finished where they started, and you switch weclapp off once the team trusts the new setup.

No. OrgLines is management finance tied to operations. Statutory bookkeeping stays with your accounting system or Business Central.

Can one team work in German and Ukrainian at the same time?

Yes. Each person uses the interface in their own language — Ukrainian, English or German — on the same data, and the AI assistant answers in the language you write in.

Does OrgLines work with Microsoft Business Central?

Yes. The Business Central integration is available as an add-on and keeps data in sync between the two systems.

We run cross-border transport. Is that covered?

The logistics module handles freight orders, carriers and rates, trips with vehicles and drivers, trip documents and margin per order, and drivers can receive route instructions in Telegram.

Can I move my data from weclapp?

Yes. Export contacts, companies, deals or products to a file and bring them in with the OrgLines import wizard: upload, map the columns, validate, import. We can help with the migration.
