Add-ons and Complete. Finished modules — for example the Business Central integration or the work-bot engine — are added to any plan, billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Extra seats and capacity are sold in packs: more users, cashier seats for the till, operational seats for field staff.
Complete bundles the add-on modules in one line instead of several; modules that are still in development switch on automatically at no extra cost.
How billing works
Change plans any time
An upgrade works immediately and is prorated; unused time on the old plan is credited to your next invoice. A downgrade takes effect at the next renewal.
Cancel without losing data
You keep the plan until the paid period ends, then the workspace moves to Free. Your data stays; records above the Free limits become read-only until you upgrade again.
Pay for extra users only
Each plan includes a number of seats. Additional users are billed per user; field staff who work only through the work bot take separate operational seats.
AI credits
Every plan includes a monthly allowance. Roughly: a chat message costs 3 credits, a research run 10, a generated creative 20. From Core you can top up; top-ups do not expire mid-month.
Card, invoices, portal
Payments run through Stripe. In the billing portal you change the card, download invoices and cancel the subscription.

Questions about plans
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit: one user, personal workspace, contacts, Lead Center, mail and a monthly allowance of AI credits.
Where can I see the prices?
Create a free workspace: the billing section of the app shows current prices, the plan comparison and available add-ons.
What is the difference between Personal and Core?
Personal is a standalone plan for one person. Core is the first team tier: several users with roles, shared projects and tasks, invoices and the website builder.
What is Complete?
Complete is not a separate tier but a bundle of the add-on modules. It replaces several separate add-ons with one line, and modules that are still in development switch on automatically at no extra cost.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move between plans and add or remove add-ons from the billing section of the app.
What are AI credits?
AI credits measure how much the assistant works for you. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and extra credits can be added.
