OrgLines vs KeepinCRM

OrgLines or KeepinCRM?

KeepinCRM is a Ukrainian CRM for small businesses. It has a free plan for one user, and its paid plan adds a warehouse with barcodes and stocktakes, finance with wallets and planned payments, Nova Poshta waybills, Checkbox receipts, IP telephony and messenger chats.

When KeepinCRM may suit you better

  • You ship most orders with Nova Poshta and want waybills created from the CRM
  • Calls are the centre of your sales and you use Binotel, Ringostat or another Ukrainian IP telephony
  • You want fiscal receipts through Checkbox issued straight from the CRM
  • You do not need a website, and your team already works in KeepinCRM and is happy with it

OrgLines and KeepinCRM are usually compared by a small Ukrainian team that sells by phone and messenger, keeps some stock and wants the owner to see deals and money in one place. Both products cover that everyday core: clients, deals, tasks, products and payments.

KeepinCRM's strength is the Ukrainian sales routine around the CRM: Nova Poshta waybills, Checkbox receipts, call tracking with Ukrainian telephony providers. OrgLines starts one step earlier and goes one step wider: your website and its forms feed the Lead Center, invoices go out in your own layout, and the same records continue into warehouse, finance, projects, logistics and HR when you need them.

The other difference is how you work with the system. In OrgLines new leads and reminders come to Telegram, an AI assistant prepares changes and asks before it writes anything, and Claude or other AI agents can work with your data through the MCP server under your permissions. If your day is mostly calls and parcels, KeepinCRM's ready integrations weigh more. If it is leads from the website, invoices and a team that already lives in Telegram, OrgLines is the closer fit.

What OrgLines does differently

01

A website that fills your CRM

Build a multi-page company website from ready blocks and templates, connect your own domain, and every form on it lands in the Lead Center as a new lead.

02

A Lead Center that does not let leads go cold

Leads from Meta lead forms, website forms and manual entry land in one inbox. Routing rules assign each new lead at once, and the responsible person is pinged when a lead waits longer than your threshold, with quiet hours you set.

03

Leads and reminders in Telegram

New leads, leads waiting longer than your threshold and other events reach the responsible person in Telegram, so a manager can react without opening the browser.

04

Invoices in your own layout

A document designer for invoices and other documents; upload an existing PDF and the AI rebuilds it as an editable template you can compare with the original.

05

Your existing mailbox inside the CRM

Any IMAP/SMTP mailbox is synced into OrgLines, with AI classification that learns from your corrections, scheduled sending and snooze. Correspondence with a contact shows up on the contact card.

06

An AI assistant that asks before it acts

It works across CRM, mail, warehouse, finance and HR. Most changes are prepared as a proposal that shows exactly what will change, and nothing is written until you confirm. What it remembers is stored as records you can edit or delete.

07

An MCP server for Claude and other agents

Claude and other MCP-compatible agents can work with your leads, tasks, mail, ERP, logistics and HR under your permissions. OrgLines itself decides which writes need confirmation, and you can revoke an agent's access in settings.

08

Ukrainian, English and German

The interface works in all three languages, and the AI assistant answers in the language you write in — useful for teams working across Ukraine, the EU and the US.

Where the two overlap

Both are CRMs for small teams that sell and get paid, so the daily basics are familiar in either one.

  • Clients, companies and deals moving through stages
  • Tasks and reminders for the team
  • Products, stock and orders
  • Payments and a view of the money
  • Roles and access rights for employees
  • Work in Ukrainian

How to move from KeepinCRM to OrgLines

A move from KeepinCRM does not have to stop sales for a day. Most of the work is deciding what really needs to move and letting both systems run side by side for a short time. We can help with the migration if you want.

  • Choose what moves. Usually that is active contacts, companies, open deals and products; closed history can stay in an export file as an archive.
  • Export from KeepinCRM. Use its export function to save clients, deals and the product list to a file.
  • Import with the wizard. Upload the file, map its columns to OrgLines fields, check the validation and import. Duplicates found later — for example two contacts with the same phone — can be merged into one record.
  • Connect your channels. Add mailboxes over IMAP/SMTP, connect Meta lead forms and your website forms, and switch on Telegram notifications for new leads.
  • Invite the team. Each person gets a role; access is set per section, and every change to permissions is logged.
  • Run both in parallel for a while. New leads and orders go to OrgLines, open deals are finished where they started, and you switch KeepinCRM off once the team trusts the new setup.

Questions about OrgLines vs KeepinCRM

Didn't find an answer? Write to us and we will get back to you.

Ask a question
Can I move my data from KeepinCRM?

Yes. Export contacts, companies, deals or products to a file and bring them in with the OrgLines import wizard: upload, map the columns, validate, import. We can help with the migration.

Do we have to stop working in KeepinCRM during the move?

No. A common approach is to send new leads and orders to OrgLines while open deals are finished in KeepinCRM. When nothing important is left there, you switch it off.

KeepinCRM is changing its prices on 1 December 2026. Should we move now?

Not because of the price alone. KeepinCRM lets customers keep the current rate by paying for the next period before the change, so there is no rush. Compare what your team actually needs — a website and leads in Telegram, or waybills and telephony — and try OrgLines for free first.

Does OrgLines create Nova Poshta waybills?

A ready-made Nova Poshta connector is not part of the OrgLines integration list today. If creating waybills from the CRM is essential for you, KeepinCRM is the better choice.

Can ChatGPT or Claude work with our CRM?

With OrgLines, yes: connect Claude or another MCP-compatible agent to the OrgLines MCP server, and it reads and prepares changes in your leads, tasks, mail and invoices under your permissions. Writes that need confirmation wait for you.

Can we try OrgLines for free?

Yes. The Free plan is for one user and includes the personal workspace, contacts, organizations, the Lead Center, mail, Telegram notifications and a monthly allowance of AI credits. Team features come with paid plans.
