Website builder & knowledge

Your website, store and knowledge — on the same data

Describe your business in a short brief, pick a template and get a working site with texts written for you. Pages, blog, product catalogue, forms and your own domain live in the same workspace as your CRM and ERP, so a site visitor, an order and a lead are never copies in another system.

Who it is for

  • Small businesses that need a correct site quickly, without a web studio
  • Shops that want to sell their ERP catalogue online without a separate e-commerce platform
  • Service companies that collect requests through forms
  • Agencies that run sites and landing pages for several clients

Most small companies do not need a web studio, they need a site that is correct, fast to change and connected to the rest of the business. The OrgLines website builder starts from a brief: the business name, what you do and for whom, your audience and what makes you different. From that brief the AI writes the texts of the chosen template and replaces the template's demo photos with pictures matched to your business. Everything can then be rewritten by hand: click any text in the live preview and edit it in place. Changes are saved automatically.

The site is not a separate island. Products for the catalogue come from your ERP catalogue, and you decide which of them are shown. Orders and requests from the store appear in the builder and in the same data as the rest of your sales. Form submissions arrive right after they are sent, and a notification goes to the email address you choose. The same workspace also holds your knowledge base, wiki and document designer, so the texts on your site, your internal instructions and the look of your invoices are managed in one place.

Publishing is deliberate. Your edits are saved as a draft and go live only when you publish; the builder shows when there are unpublished changes. Before the first publication it tells you plainly that anyone will be able to open the site and search engines will be able to index it. Every publication and every manual snapshot is kept as a version you can restore, so trying a new layout is never risky.

From brief to a live site

  1. 01

    Fill in the brief

Business name, a description of what you do, your audience and your key advantage. The brief is saved on your device, so you can continue from the same step later.

  2. 02

Choose a template and site type

Pick a design from the gallery. A template can be filled with your brief texts or with ready demo content, and switched later.

  3. 03

Let the AI write, then edit

The AI writes the texts and selects photos. Add, remove and reorder blocks, click text in the preview to change it, and pick other photos for any block.

  4. 04

Set up SEO, languages and analytics

Titles and descriptions per page, a social preview image, Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Pixel behind a cookie banner, and additional languages.

  5. 05

    Connect a domain and publish

Start on a free OrgLines subdomain or connect your own domain with DNS records at your registrar. An SSL certificate is issued automatically, usually within a few minutes.

  6. 06

    Collect requests and orders

Form submissions, store orders and requests arrive in the workspace, where your team processes them together with the rest of the business.

What you can do

01

AI texts from your brief

The AI fills the template with texts about your business. Regenerating replaces demo photos with matched ones and never touches photos you uploaded or chose yourself. If AI credits run out, the site is still created from the brief, and you can regenerate the texts later.

02

Block editor with live preview

Build pages from blocks, edit text directly in the preview and search for photos per block. Changes save automatically.

03

Themes and fine-tuning

Ready-made themes apply colours to the whole site; individual overrides sit on top of the theme.

04

Pages and SEO

Order pages, choose the home page, and set a title, description and noindex for each page separately. A site-wide description serves as a fallback.

05

Blog

Posts with categories and tags, the newest article as a large featured card, a sidebar with categories, recent posts and a newsletter sign-up, plus an author and a call to action under articles.

06

Catalogue and store

Choose which ERP products to publish and adjust their name, price or image for the site. Discount codes, shipping methods and tax settings are part of the store.

07

Payments, or no payments

Connect a payment provider and test it in sandbox mode first. Without online payment, the order is recorded as a request and the buyer sees your payment instructions; cash on delivery can be switched on.

08

Forms and popups

Submissions from site forms appear right after sending. Popups show a promotion or a newsletter form on exit intent, scroll or delay.

09

Several languages

Add languages and translate the content manually or automatically; the original text is shown under each field.

10

Domains and SSL

A free OrgLines subdomain or your own domain, with the SSL certificate issued for you.

11

Versions and restore

Snapshots keep the current content without changing the live site. Restoring a version makes a backup of the current draft first.

12

Knowledge base, wiki and document designer

Internal instructions the AI assistant can search and quote, and templates that define how your invoices and other documents look.

A store that knows your stock

Products are not typed in twice. The site catalogue is a selection from the ERP catalogue: when products appear there, you choose which ones visitors see, and you can give them a different name, price or image for the web. Orders and buyer requests appear in the store's order list, where you move them from status to status.

You do not have to accept online payments on day one. Until a payment provider is connected, orders arrive as requests and the buyer sees the payment instructions you wrote. When you are ready, connect a provider, test it in sandbox mode without real charges and then switch it to live. Secret keys are stored in protected form and never shown again.

  • Discount codes for buyers
  • Shipping methods with a price, free pickup and free delivery above a basket threshold
  • A tax rate shown in the order, with a switch for prices that already include tax
  • Cash on delivery as an option

Built to be found and to respect privacy

Each page has its own title and description, and a page can be excluded from search with noindex. A site-wide title and description fill any gaps, and a social image controls how links look when shared.

If you use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager or a Meta Pixel, the cookie banner appears at the bottom of the published site, and analytics does not start until the visitor clicks Accept. The banner texts default to the site language and can be changed.

Publications: documents and questions by link

Besides the site itself, you can publish a document or a set of questions that a client opens by link, and see the answers that come back. It is a simple way to send a questionnaire or an offer without building a separate page for it.

The OrgLines footer credit can be shown or hidden on the published site. Your AI assistant can also check the status of your site and domain through the OrgLines MCP server.

Plans: The website builder is included from the Core plan. Catalogue and store site types are available on higher plans. Compare plans

FAQ

Questions about Website builder & knowledge

Didn't find an answer? Write to us and we will get back to you.

Ask a question
Do I need to write the texts myself?

No. The AI writes them from your brief; the more detail in the description, the better the result. You can edit any text afterwards, and regenerating from the brief replaces manual text edits, so the builder asks before doing it.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. Every site gets a free address on an OrgLines subdomain, and you can connect your own domain by adding DNS records at your registrar. The SSL certificate is issued automatically.

Do I need a separate e-commerce platform?

Not for a straightforward store: the catalogue comes from the ERP, and discount codes, shipping, tax and payment settings are built in.

Can I take orders without online payment?

Yes. Without a payment provider, orders arrive as requests and the buyer sees your payment instructions. Cash on delivery can also be enabled.

Will my edits break the live site?

No. Edits are saved as a draft and reach the live site only when you publish. Versions let you return to an earlier state.

Can the site be in several languages?

Yes. Add languages in the site settings and translate the content manually or automatically.

Where do form submissions go?

They appear in the site's forms section right after sending and are emailed to the notification address set in the site settings.

Can I remove the OrgLines branding?

The footer credit is a publishing setting that can be turned off.
