Marketing agencies

Show clients what a lead really costs

Meta ad accounts, campaigns, audiences, creatives and reports next to the leads they produce, with each campaign's leads routed to the right client workspace. Add lead-qualifying quizzes on client sites, Amazon Ads campaign batches and client projects, and your reports talk about leads, not clicks.

Who it is for

  • Performance marketing agencies
  • Freelance targetologists and media buyers
  • Agencies running lead generation for local businesses
  • Amazon sellers and the agencies that run their campaigns
  • In-house marketing teams

An agency usually works in Meta Ads Manager, a spreadsheet of client leads, a project tool and a chat with each client. The weak link is always the same: the lead leaves the ad platform and nobody can say what happened to it. In OrgLines, a campaign's lead-form submissions arrive in the Lead Center, and each campaign can be routed to a specific client workspace, with a default workspace for campaigns without an explicit route. The campaign page shows how much a campaign spent, how many leads it brought and at what price.

Day-to-day ad work happens in the same place. Pause or enable ad sets and ads, change an ad set budget, change budgets for several campaigns at once, and build new campaigns with a step-by-step wizard. New campaigns are always created in Meta with the status PAUSED, so nothing starts spending until you activate it. An account can be put into read-only mode: changes are checked and written to the log, but not sent to Meta, which is useful for training and for accounts where you only report.

Around the ads sit the tools that turn traffic into qualified leads and keep client work organised: quizzes that score visitors as hot, warm or cold before they become leads, landing pages on the website builder, projects per client organization with tasks and deadlines, and reports delivered to Telegram on a schedule.

How an agency works with OrgLines

  1. 01

    Connect ad accounts

Connect the clients' Meta ad accounts. The overview shows live data per account or a rollup across all connected accounts.

  2. 02

    Route leads to each client

Assign campaigns to client workspaces and set a default for the rest, so every lead lands in the right Lead Center.

  3. 03

    Launch campaigns

Use the wizard: objective, audience, lead form, pixel and conversion event, creative, review. The campaign is created paused.

  4. 04

    Qualify with quizzes

Put a quiz on the client's site. Completed quizzes become leads with a hot, warm or cold segment and the source from the utm tags.

  5. 05

    Optimise

Pause weak ads, move budgets, watch audience overlap between active ad sets and react to anomaly alerts.

  6. 06

    Report to the client

Build a pivot report, save it as a template and schedule it to be sent to Telegram automatically.

What you can do

01

Meta Ads overview

Live data from Meta insights for one account or rolled up across all connected accounts, with top campaigns and automatic anomaly alerts per account.

02

Campaign management

Spend, leads and cost per lead per campaign; pause or enable ad sets and ads, change ad set budgets and change budgets in bulk.

03

Campaign wizard

Objective, Advantage+ audience or your own targeting, lead form, pixel and conversion event, optional catalogue ads with dynamic creative and dayparting. Describe the business to get suggested interests, ages and placements.

04

Lead routing per campaign

Each campaign's leads go to the client workspace you assign; campaigns without a route use the default workspace.

05

Audiences and creatives

See the Custom and Lookalike audiences of an account, with audiences too small to use flagged, and browse the account's creatives or upload new images.

06

Reports and scheduled delivery

Account comparison, a funnel from real Meta actions, pivot tables by campaign, platform, placement, age, gender, country, device and time, saved templates and scheduled sending to Telegram.

07

Read-only mode and approvals

In read-only mode changes are validated and logged but not sent to Meta. Drafts and approvals help agree launches and pauses before they happen.

08

Lead quizzes

Quizzes on client sites score answers and hand over the lead with a segment. Start from a niche template, from scratch, or let the AI draft questions, scores and the result screen.

09

Pixel, CAPI and GA4 events

Quiz pages send start and lead events to Meta and GA4. Browser and server events share one id, so Meta does not count a lead twice.

10

Amazon Ads campaign batches

Turn a set of keywords into Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands Video campaigns with ad groups and negative keywords, skip keywords already used by another campaign and export a file for Amazon Ads.

11

Client projects

Projects per client organization with tasks, checklists, reports and meetings.

12

Sites for clients

Build landing pages with the website builder, on the client's domain or a subdomain, with forms that send leads into the CRM.

Quizzes that qualify leads before a manager calls

A quiz asks a visitor a few questions on the client's site, scores the answers and creates the lead in the Lead Center with a hot, warm or cold segment, which becomes the lead's priority. Steps can depend on earlier answers, the contact form asks only for what you switch on, and consent is stored with the lead together with the time, source and text. For EU traffic you can require an explicit consent checkbox.

The funnel shows how many people opened the page, how many started answering and where exactly they stopped, broken down by utm source. A returning visitor with the same phone number is merged into one lead instead of creating duplicates. Publishing freezes the current version, so earlier answers are always read against the version the person actually filled in.

  • Three layouts: cover, cards and focus, with brand colours inherited from the site
  • A quiz as its own page or as a block at the end of an existing page
  • Interface in Ukrainian, English or German, and AI translation of the questions
  • Tags, Telegram notifications and CSV export of submissions per quiz

Safe changes to client accounts

Working in someone else's ad account needs guard rails. New campaigns are created in Meta with the status PAUSED and must be activated by hand. A read-only account lets you rehearse changes: they are checked and logged, but Meta is not touched. Records that Meta did not accept are kept in a queue with the reason and can be retried manually, and the campaign page warns when active ad sets compete with each other in the auction.

The campaign wizard's estimate is based on the account's history for the last 30 days, and it says so: real results depend on the Meta auction.

Questions about Marketing agencies

Ask a question
Which ad platforms are supported?

Meta ad accounts are connected directly for campaigns, audiences, creatives and reports. For Amazon Ads, OrgLines generates campaign batches and exports a file you upload to Amazon Ads.

Can leads of different clients be kept apart?

Yes. Each campaign can be routed to a specific client workspace, and campaigns without a route go to the default workspace you choose.

Can clients see their own results?

You can give a client access by role to the sections that concern them, or send scheduled reports to Telegram.

Will a campaign start spending as soon as I create it?

No. Campaigns created from OrgLines arrive in Meta with the status PAUSED, and you activate them manually.

Are amounts from accounts in different currencies converted?

No. The account comparison shows amounts as they are, without converting currencies.

Do quizzes work with the Meta pixel and Conversions API?

Yes. The pixel fires browser events after cookie consent, and server events are sent through the Conversions API when it is configured for the account. Both carry the same event id to avoid double counting.

What do AI features cost?

AI actions use credits from your monthly allowance: roughly 3 per chat message, 10 per research run and 20 per creative. Translating a quiz costs 10 credits.
